One session catches a specific problem. Five weeks installs the pattern, so your delivery stays calibrated through board seasons, leadership transitions, and high-stakes cycles.
Session one is 90 minutes. Sessions two through five are 75 minutes each. We work from real recordings throughout, iterating your signal check as your delivery evolves. By the end, you have something that runs before every important room, not a technique you have to remember to use, but a system you trust.

Week 1
We start with a baseline diagnosis by looking at your specific delivery patterns, where tone, pace, or emphasis are shifting what people actually receive. You leave the first session with a clear picture of what's working and what's getting in the way.
Weeks 2–4
Each session works from a real recording: board prep, investor calls, all-hands. We track what's shifting, what's holding, and where the gaps are closing.
Week 5
Your signal check becomes a reliable pre-meeting routine. By week five, you have calibration: it runs on its own.
